The photo is from a few summers ago, from the back of the house. I will dig up some more photos and try to post them this week.
The owners house is on the property but the two houses are not in view of each other so there is lots of privacy. there is a shared driveway that is rural in nature (read gravel and with the occasional pot hole).
The property is located at Prospect Lake, 20 minutes to downtown Victoria.
There is room for a small vegetable patch or flower garden or you can leave the gardening to nature and just sit sipping your coffee enjoy living in a West Coast Douglas Fir and Arbutus Forest retreat.
We are looking for long-term tenants who will appreciate this special place.
Utilities not included. No smoking, dogs are negotiable (we do require a pet deposit).
Sorry no cats no matter how cute or well behaved. Many have inquired as to why no cats, and the answer is that both my husband and son have severe cat allergies and we need to be able to enter and work on the property to do upkeep as well as potentially use the home in the future.
We apologize as I love cats and we know there are many of you who are looking for accomodation find it difficult to find a home that takes cats. Our apologies but this is non negotiable.
